About Josh
Biography
Josh is a San Sebastian-based product designer from Adelaide, Australia. He doesn't have a thick Aussie accent, but he's had to educate his team members on the slang used, such as "fair dinkum".
In 5 years of Product Design, Josh has delivered designs that make a big difference for PBB, First National Bank, Saudi National Bank, Evelyn Partners, Backbase, People's Choice Credit Union, Heritage Bank, MyState, YMPACT020 and more.
He’s hands-on with design initiatives at Backbase, always eager to support the company and his teammates—along with offering the occasional verbal surfing lesson for those that ask.
Josh thrives in a collaborative environment, actively seeking feedback from all members of the team. He’s skilled at finding that sweet spot between business goals, development costs, and user needs. He believes that good design can truly add value to businesses and users alike.
While he has been praised for his work, Josh has remained to keep his head a normal size and stay humble. His work has been featured at Backbase Townhall's and his mum's fridge.
